Position
We are looking for a Credit Collection Officer to join the Licensing & Partnership Department, with direct responsibility for credit collection activities.
Main Responsibilities
- Operational management of credit collection activities (payment reminders, formal notices, follow-ups);
- Structured phone contact with users (minimum target: 100 calls/week);
- Operational interface with external stakeholders;
- Timely updating of cases in the CRM (statuses, deadlines, documentation);
- Pipeline monitoring and collaboration with the data entry unit;
Essential Requirements
- Experience in credit collection;
- Proven ability to effectively manage telephone negotiations;
- Accustomed to working with volumes and targets (minimum 100 calls/week);
- Operational accuracy, attention to data, and compliance with processes;
- Good knowledge of Excel and CRM systems (Salesforce is a plus);
- Ability to manage formal communications with external counterparts;
- Proactive attitude and determination;
What We Offer
- Permanent contract (annual gross salary €30,000–33,000);
- Performance-based bonus;
- Working hours: 9:30 AM – 6:30 PM (1-hour lunch break);
- Smart working: 1–2 days per week;
- Location: Rome (Piazza Barberini area);
