In fact, both live events and online &amp; in-store plays registered positive trends. A few days before the 4<sup>th<\/sup> quarter reports and payments were due (October-December), songs registered to Soundreef experienced an unprecedented increase in their use which, in turn, resulted in higher earnings.<\/p>\n<p>Concerts by artists and publishers subscribed to Soundreef keep growing as well: in the last year, the number of Soundreef live events has increased by 176% resulting in an 80% annual increase in rightsholders\u2019 earnings.<\/p>\n<p>Our In-store service was no different, registering an 8.9% increase in 2018\u2019s 2<sup>nd<\/sup> quarter, proving its importance. In fact, in the past 3 years it has led to a 50% increase in the number of artists who have collected royalties from the circuit.<\/p>\n<p>There\u2019s also been an increase in the number of songwriters who\u2019ve collected royalties from our online service. Both well-known and independent artists have generated a total of 1.5 billion streams, which have already been payed.<\/p>\n<p><em>\u201cThese incredible figures confirm our growth trend and highlight the fact that songwriters and publishers have been using the functionality of our services more and more\u201d \u2013 <\/em><strong>stated Francesco Danieli<\/strong>, Soundreef LTD\u2019s CEO<em>&#8211; \u201cWe are thrilled to see that the constant transparency and discussion with our subscribers has brought noticeable improvements to our system and services which, in turn, has led to an increase in their use\u201d. <\/em><\/p>\n<p><em>\u201cOnce again, we are thrilled that our artists\u2019 earnings have increased exponentially.
