OPT-IN POLICY TO ACCESS ADDITIONAL SOUNDREEF SERVICES

This is to be read in conjunction with our other policies relating to storage and use of your personal data and has been updated in accordance with the recent legislation known as GDPR.  As part of our services to you we make available [a newsletter/chat room/facility/podcasts/blogs/etc]. These are available on the SOUNDREEF LTD website – www.soundreef.com (the “Site”).

We ask you to review this Policy Document before providing personal information of any kind. Please remember that if you under 16 years of age then you must inform a parent or guardian of the content of this Policy Document and obtain their consent before you use our services.  The law requires us to supply proof of that consent so we may ask you to provide documented evidence of it.

The services described above are accessed online at the Site.  In order to make use of them, the user’s e-mail address is requested. Upon completion of the procedure, the user will receive an e-mail message to the address indicated to confirm sign-up. When you confirm sign-up you will have opted in to this procedure.

No other personal data is required to be provided, although naturally during navigation of the Site, information on a visitor may be acquired, including  IP addresses, the type of browser used, the operating system, the domain name and web site addresses from which access or exit was achieved, information on pages visited by the user within the Site, the timetable for access, time spent on each individual page, analysis of internal progression, and other parameters relating to the user’s operating system and IT environment.

You may also be asked to supply additional personal data provided freely by the user, for example, to register for and/or access a restricted area, write to an electronic mail address, or telephone a toll free number for direct contact with Soundreef customer services. For example, you may be asked for your name, your e-mail address and, if applicable your website address. In many cases this is to confirm information we have already (as above) and is given again so we can correctly identify you.  This is a security measure which benefits you as well as us.

Any other information provided by you within the free text field of the contact form, and/or to the operator during the course of a call, that you deem useful for the purposes of the request forwarded to us, will be processed in accordance with the principles of accuracy, transparency and relevance, in line with this Policy Document, and in accordance with the provisions of the Privacy Policy and legal requirements.

If you choose to provide third-party personal data, you are responsible for ensuring that you have the right to communicate and disseminate it, absolving us of any consequences and liability with regard to the third parties in question.

Processing of your data takes place in accordance with SOUNDREEF’s other Policies which can be found on the Site.

Soundreef reserves the right to amend or update this Policy Document at any time. Any such amendments and/or additions will be published on the Site and will be effective immediately upon publication. Navigation of Soundreef web site pages, completion of the on-line form and/or contact with an operator following publication of an amendment and/or addition to this Policy Document will constitute acceptance of the Policy Document as amended and/or supplemented. We may ask you to follow a further opt-in procedure.
